Unveiled on 6 October 2017 by Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, this sculpture by renowned artist, Tan Swie Hian, was erected to mark ASEAN's 50th anniversary.

The Asian Arowana, a beautiful and sturdy fish native to Southeast Asia, is stylised in this artwork as a boat-shaped motif to symbolise with its ten scales, the ten ASEAN member countries sailing as one in the region.
